A classic step-aerobic fat-burner. Its familiar choreography is blended into progressively-more-intense, longer-than-usual combos. The moves are mentally challenging and physically demanding. But Carole's well-structured sequencing and confident approach makes them completely do-able (having refined the program in fitness workshops, she knows exactly how to cue each segment). It's taught add-on-style, usually two sets of complementary movements (e.g. an eight-count march followed by an eight-count “step knee, corner to corner”).
